- Tender: Wednesday 11 November 2026, starting at 14:00 in the Nail Çakırhan Meeting Hall, in the order below.
- Deadline: The required documents must be submitted to the Directorate of Support Services by Tuesday 10 November 2026, 17:00. Later applications will not be accepted.
- Specifications: Available for review at the Directorate of Support Services during working hours; fee TRY 1,000.00.
- Bid increments: at least TRY 1,000.00 for annual rents and TRY 250.00 for monthly rents, and multiples thereof.
- Provisional deposit: bank letters of guarantee must be valid for at least 90 days from the tender date.
