Who can apply
The owner of the parcel or their legally authorised representative. The online enquiry is open to everyone.
Required documents
- Written request (dilekçe)
- Setting-out sketch (aplikasyon krokisi), obtained from the cadastre directorate or a licensed surveying and cadastre office
- Title deed register extract (not requested if the Municipality can access the land registry records electronically)
How it works
- You can make an enquiry for information in the e-İmar system by address, by block and parcel (ada-parsel) or on the map, without logging in.
- For the certificate, apply to the Zoning and Urban Planning Directorate with a written request and pay the fee.
- The certificate is issued within two working days at the latest; if it cannot be issued, the reasons are given in writing within the same period.
Good to know
- The result of the online enquiry is for information only; in official transactions it is the zoning status certificate that counts.
- The road level report (yol kotu tutanağı) is also issued within the same period (two working days at the latest).
