How it works
- Report injured, sick or aggressive stray animals to the Municipal Police Directorate (Zabıta): +90 (252) 242 30 08, ext. 153.
- Teams take the animal to the Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Animal Shelter, where treatment, neutering and adoption take place.
- To adopt, you can contact the shelter directly: 0530 957 76 24.
Good to know
- Owners of cats and dogs are required to register their animals by digital identification (microchip); for this, contact the District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry or your veterinary surgeon.
- Abandoning owned animals is prohibited.
