Septic tank emptying in places with no sewerage network; collection of waste water and bilge water from boats.

Time
You will be informed about your application within 30 days at the latest (Law No. 3071, Art. 7).
Fee
Vacuum tanker: lorry 3.500 ₺, tractor 1.750 ₺ · boat waste water collection 500 ₺/m³ · bilge waste from fishing boats 200 ₺/m³ (2026 fee schedule, VAT included)

Who can apply

Homes and businesses that use a septic tank; boat owners.

Required documents

  • Written request (dilekçe) or request by telephone (address and location of the septic tank)

How it works

  1. Call the Sanitation Directorate to make your request.
  2. Pay the fee at the Municipality’s cashier’s desk; the service is provided according to the work schedule.

Good to know

  • The sewerage network, subscriptions, manholes and sewer blockages are the responsibility of MUSKİ: ALO 185.
