Land value (rayiç) enquiry and property certificates

Look up the land value per square metre online; obtain a declared property value certificate and a no-debt letter.

Time
Requests for certificates are met within 30 days at the latest (Law No. 3071, Art. 7).

Who can apply

The online enquiry is open to everyone. Certificates are issued to the owner of the property or their authorised representative.

Required documents

  • Written request (dilekçe) giving the neighbourhood, block (ada) and parcel (parsel) of the property

How it works

  1. You can look up the land value per square metre on e-Government (e-Devlet) without logging in, by selecting the neighbourhood and the street.
  2. For a declared property value certificate (emlak beyan değeri belgesi) and a no-debt letter (borcu yoktur yazısı), apply to the Collections and Property Tax Office (Tahsilat ve Emlak Servisi).

Good to know

  • Before a transfer at the land registry, the property must have no outstanding property tax (Law No. 1319, Art. 30).
