Park, playground and tree maintenance

Requests for the maintenance of parks, children’s playgrounds and benches, and for the care and pruning of roadside trees.

Time
You will be informed about your application within 30 days at the latest (Law No. 3071, Art. 7).

Free of charge

Who can apply

Anyone.

Required documents

  • Written request (dilekçe) or request by telephone (description of the location; a photograph if you have one)

How it works

  1. Send your request to the Public Works Directorate in writing, by telephone or through your neighbourhood head (muhtar).
  2. The request is examined on site and included in the work schedule.

Good to know

  • For branches touching power lines, call the electricity distribution company: 186.
