Neighbourhood heads and neighbourhood requests

You can also pass on requests about your neighbourhood through your neighbourhood head (muhtar).

Who can apply

Residents of Ula’s 30 neighbourhoods.

How it works

  1. Contact your neighbourhood head: neighbourhood heads and their telephone numbers.
  2. Requests passed on by neighbourhood heads are referred to the relevant department and followed up by the Neighbourhood Affairs Directorate.
