Complaints about environmental pollution, overflowing septic tanks, pollution of the shore and streams, and noise.

You will be informed about your application within 30 days at the latest (Law No. 3071, Art. 7).

How it works

  1. Report environmental pollution and septic tank complaints to the Climate Change and Zero Waste Directorate.
  2. For noise arising between neighbours and behaviour that disturbs others, contact the Municipal Police Directorate (Zabıta) or law enforcement (112); Article 36 of the Misdemeanours Law applies.
  3. For noise from businesses and entertainment venues, the power to inspect and to impose penalties lies with the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change unless it has been delegated; your complaint is forwarded to the competent authority and you are informed.
