- Plinth-level inspection (su basman vizesi): building footprint area × 50 ₺ · formwork and reinforcement inspection (kalıp-donatı vizesi), per storey, 600 ₺ · approval of construction servitude / condominium ownership (kat irtifakı / kat mülkiyeti), per independent unit, 10.000 ₺ · approval letter for a solar energy system, per m² of roof area: residential 100 ₺, commercial 200 ₺ (2026 fee schedule, VAT included)
Who can apply
The owner of the building, the owner of the property or their legally authorised representative.

- The design or document submitted for approval, depending on the type of transaction: site plan, construction servitude (kat irtifakı) list, subdivision and amalgamation (ifraz-tevhit) file
How it works
- Apply to the Zoning and Urban Planning Directorate with a written request.
- For inspection applications the building is checked on site; subdivision and amalgamation are decided by the municipal executive committee (encümen).
