We Painted Our Streets Red and White at the Torchlight Procession

We celebrated the 103rd year of our Republic in Ula with great enthusiasm!

At the Torchlight Procession organised jointly by the Ula District Governorship and Ula Municipality, we painted our streets red and white with torches and flags. Afterwards, the wonderful performances of the students trained at the Ula Youth Centre turned our evening into a holiday celebration.

We thank all our fellow citizens who joined the procession, the students who made us proud with their performances, the instructors who prepared them and everyone who contributed.

We remember with mercy, gratitude and respect all our heroes who gifted us our Republic, above all Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.
