We completed the first day of our 2nd Gökova Sesame Harvest Festival with great enthusiasm.
Our programme began with a festive parade and was packed with folk dances and music performances, visits to the stands, the harvest in the sesame fields and a series of delightful competitions.
I thank all our fellow residents and guests who were with us on this beautiful day, when together we celebrated the bounty, the produce and the cultural values of Gökova.
Our festival continues tomorrow with all its enthusiasm. We look forward to seeing you all!
