The Play House Programme, launched at the Ula Youth Centre in coordination with the Municipality of Ula and the Ula Public Education Centre, has successfully produced its first graduates. At the ceremony held after the completion of the programme, Mayor Mehmet Caner and our pre-school instructor presented certificates of achievement to the young pupils who attended the course. The pupils’ families also showed great interest in the ceremony.

Important messages from Mayor Mehmet Caner

In a statement after the ceremony, Mayor Mehmet Caner referred to the importance of such projects for the education of children in Ula and said: “It is a great source of pride for us to contribute to the development of our children, who are the guarantee of our future. With projects such as the Play House Programme, we support both the social and the mental development of our children. This success shows that together we will carry out even better projects.”

Supportive comments from families

The families of the graduating children also shared their feelings, saying that the programme played an important role in their children’s development. One parent said: “Thanks to programmes like this, our children both have fun and learn. A big step is being taken towards raising our children as more aware members of society. We thank our Mayor, Mehmet Caner, and everyone who contributed to this project.”

The ceremony ended with a group photograph.
