The subdivision plan, allocation tables and survey sketches of the land readjustment (zoning implementation) carried out in Gökova, Zone 9, under Article 18 of Zoning Law No. 3194, are on public display for one month on the municipal notice board and on this page, as required by the Regulation on Land Readjustment.
Owners of shares in the readjustment area and other interested parties can review the documents on this page or at the Directorate of Zoning and Urban Planning of Ula Municipality during working hours. Objections may be submitted to the municipality in writing within the display period.
The cadastral parcels in the area total 48,736.34 m², of which 27,892.11 m² are included in the readjustment. 3,941.99 m² of this has been set aside for roads, parks and similar public uses as the readjustment contribution share, a rate of 14.13%.
After the display period, the finalised readjustment is sent to the Land Registry for registration.
